Admissions & Enrollment
What documents do I need to bring to the interview?▼
Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, recent report card (if applicable), and any medical/immunization records. We'll also need proof of address.
When does enrollment open for Fall 2026?▼
Enrollment is now open! We encourage you to apply early. Our early enrollment deadline is May 1, 2026, for priority consideration and early bird tuition discount.
What is the admissions process?▼
Our admissions process includes: (1) Online application submission, (2) Family interview with our admissions team, (3) Student assessment, and (4) Admissions decision within 2 weeks.
What age groups do you accept?▼
We accept children ages 3-6 for Pre-K (ages 3-4), Kindergarten (ages 4-5), and Grade 1 (ages 5-6) for Fall 2026.
Curriculum & Academics
How do you integrate Islamic teachings into daily learning?▼
Islamic values are woven throughout our entire day, not taught in isolation. We begin with morning du’ā, practice Islamic manners (adab), observe prayer times, learn through Islamic stories, and integrate Islamic perspectives into all subjects. Children learn not just about Islam, but how to live Islam daily.
What subjects do you teach?▼
We teach Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Islamic Education, Qur’anic Studies, and Arabic Language. All subjects meet or exceed New Jersey state standards while incorporating Islamic perspectives.
Do you offer Qur’an memorization (Hifz) programs?▼
Yes, we offer structured Quran (Surah) memorization programs with qualified instructors for students interested in memorizing the Qur’an. Progress is made at a pace appropriate for each student’s capacity and commitment.
What is your approach to teaching Arabic?▼
We provide dedicated Arabic instruction focusing on reading, writing, and speaking. Students learn basic vocabulary, the Arabic alphabet, and gradually build proficiency that opens doors to deeper Islamic studies.
Daily Operations
What are your school hours?▼
Our school day runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We have a structured schedule that includes morning circle time, Qur’an time, learning centers, outdoor play, academic lessons, and closing circle.
Do you provide meals or snacks?▼
Parents should provide a healthy snack for their child. We have a snack time built into our daily schedule. Meals are not provided, but we can share guidance on halal, healthy snack options.
What is your sick policy?▼
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, are contagious, or too unwell to participate in activities. We follow health guidelines to ensure the safety of all students and staff.
How do you communicate with parents?▼
We maintain regular communication through progress reports, parent-teacher conferences, email updates, and a family portal. We welcome parent questions and involvement throughout the year.
Tuition & Fees
What is the tuition cost?▼
Tuition is based on a 10-month contract. Monthly totals (including applicable fees) are: Pre-K ($900.00/month), Kindergarten ($900.00/month), Grade 1 ($900.00/month). A sibling discount is available: $500/year off for the 2nd child, $750/year off for the 3rd child and beyond.
Are there additional fees?▼
Yes, there is a enrollment fee (non-refundable) of $1000, plus annual fees for school supplies ($200), technology ($75), learning materials ($250), activities ($200). These fees are included in the monthly tuition totals listed above.
Do you offer financial assistance or discounts?▼
We offer a sibling discount ($500/year off for the 2nd child, $750/year off for the 3rd child and beyond) and a 3% discount for families who pay the full annual tuition upfront. Financial aid is not available at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We offer flexible payment options including automated bank transfers and credit card payments through our secure online portal. Monthly payments are typically due at the beginning of each month.

Where is Success Academy located?▼
Success Academy is located in Bridgewater, NJ. Please contact us to schedule a campus tour and see our facilities firsthand.
Do you offer transportation or bus services?▼
Currently, transportation is the responsibility of families. We encourage carpooling and are evaluating options for bus services in the future.
What safety measures do you have in place?▼
Student safety is our top priority. We maintain secure facilities, follow strict sign-in/sign-out procedures, conduct background checks on all staff, and follow all health and safety regulations.
Is your school accredited?▼
Success Academy maintains high educational standards that meet or exceed New Jersey state requirements. We continue to pursue formal accreditation as we grow.
